We at TalPress (hereinafter: the "Company" or "We") are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and maintaining the security of their personal information. This privacy policy is formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 to the Law and the regulations promulgated thereunder, and is intended to reflect with full transparency what data we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

What We Collect (Types of Information)

Upon using the service, we collect the following information:

  • Account Details: Full name, email address, mobile phone number, password (stored in a hashed format), and a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) secret – if enabled.

  • Domain Registration: Mandatory contact details (WHOIS) required by the global regulations of ICANN and the various domain extension registries.

  • Billing Details: ID number or Company Registration Number (P.C.), residential/business address, and city, for the purpose of compliance with tax laws and generating legal invoices.

  • Operational Logs and Metadata: Your IP address, browser type (User Agent), login times, and additional technical information collected automatically for monitoring and security purposes. (It is clarified that you are under no legal obligation to provide this data, but without providing it, we will be unable to supply the domain registration and billing services).

How We Use the Information (Purposes of the Database)

The collected information is used by us solely for the following purposes:

  • Providing services for the registration, management, and renewal of the domains you purchased.

  • Ongoing communication with you, including sending renewal alerts, security updates, and account recovery.

  • Compliance with the strict requirements of regulators (the Israeli Tax Authority, ICANN, and domain name registries).

  • Securing the platform, preventing fraud, and identifying unauthorized intrusion attempts.

Transfer of Information to Third Parties (Data Processors)

We do not sell your information under any circumstances. Information is transferred to third-party providers defined as "Processors" solely for the purpose of providing the services, under a commitment to maintain confidentiality and security:

  • Google Ads/Google Tag: Google's tracking tools that help us analyze analytical data regarding our advertising.

  • Google Gemini: Our system uses artificial intelligence agents based on Google's language models (such as Gemini). The information shared with these agents is processed in accordance with the Gemini Apps Privacy Notice and subject to Google's General Privacy Policy.

  • Cloudflare: All site traffic passes through Cloudflare's security service, and additionally, we use Turnstile services to identify malicious bots.

  • Pelecard: A secure and PCI-DSS compliant clearing provider for payment processing. (We do not store your credit card details on our servers).

  • TextMe: A messaging service provider (SMS) for sending operational alerts (such as verification codes and OTPs, including codes sent to WhatsApp, and system alerts).

Information Security

We implement advanced security procedures and systems as required by law. All passwords are hashed using the strict Argon2ID standard. API access details (Credentials) and sensitive information are encrypted at rest. All traffic to and from the site is served exclusively through encrypted communication (HTTPS). In accordance with Amendment 13, in the event of a severe information security incident that raises a substantial concern of privacy infringement, we will report this to the Privacy Protection Authority and the relevant data subjects as required by law.
