Terms of service

These terms govern use of the Talpress Domains domain registration service operated by Talpress.

1. The service

Talpress acts as an authorised reseller for the OpenSRS registrar accredited with ICANN. We provide registration, renewal, transfer, and DNS services for supported TLDs.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include 18% VAT. Payments are processed by Pelecard. Renewal pricing may change between renewal periods; the current price is shown in your cart at checkout.

3. Refunds

Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable once the registration has been submitted to the registry. Refunds for unsuccessful registrations are issued automatically.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use this service for unlawful purposes, fraud, abuse, or to register domains in violation of any registry policy.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Talpress's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv.
