Domain registration agreement

This agreement is between you (the "Registrant") and Talpress, an authorised reseller of OpenSRS. By submitting a registration through Talpress Domains you accept the terms below.

1. Registration

Submission of registration data does not guarantee the domain. Registration is final only when the registry confirms it and you receive the registration confirmation email.

2. Accuracy of contact data

You warrant that all contact data is accurate. Providing inaccurate data is grounds for suspension of the domain under ICANN policy.

3. Term and renewal

The initial term is the period selected at checkout (1-10 years, depending on the TLD). Renewal is your responsibility; auto-renew can be enabled in the customer portal.

4. Transfers

Transfers out are processed in accordance with ICANN's transfer policy. The 60-day registration / transfer lock applies.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talpress's liability is limited to the fees you paid for the domain in question.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Talpress and OpenSRS from claims arising from your use of the domain.
